Jeff Olsen, PresidentJeff has led Hiller Measurements since late 2013, having previously led aerospace and defense sales at Keysight in the Western United States. In his time at Hiller Measurements, the company has grown by more than 20X to become one of the foremost leaders in delivering world-class automated test systems and instrumentation. Prior to Keysight, he served as the Global VP Sales and Marketing at VTI Instruments (now part of Ametek), with experience in mergers & acquisitions, global channel growth, and product development. Jeff has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University.

Ben Cloutier, CFOBen Cloutier recently joined Hiller Measurement as CFO., coming with an impressive resume of corporate leadership across the aerospace ecosystem. Cloutier is a GE veteran of more than 20 years. Most recently, he was the President and Site Leader at CFAN, a GE-Safran joint venture invested in the manufacture of jet engine parts for the leading commercial aircraft flying today, where he successfully navigated the organization through a period of enormous growth. |

Dan Holladay, COOAs COO, Dan Holladay is responsible for aligning and operationalizing Hiller Measurements vision and strategy. Dan’s brings over 15 years of extensive Aerospace and Defense leadership in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing and Program Management. Dan comes to Hiller Measurements having a diverse operational resume. He has successfully implemented business strategies to support NAVAIR, USAF and major U.S. defense contractors. Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Northern Colorado.

Christian Miller, VP SalesAs VP of Sales, Christian Miller is responsible for driving global sales for Hiller Measurements. Prior to joining Hiller Measurements, Christian led Aerospace and Defense key account management at Keysight. Prior to Keysight, he served as the head of the Program Office and Business Development team at AAI corporation (formerly Symtx). Christian studied Music and Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Marioxy Rincon, Functional Engineering ManagerMarioxy has served as a Project and Operations leader in multiple highly visible roles beginning as a project engineer at PDVSA, a Venezuelan state-owned oil and natural gas company. From PDVSA, Ms. Rincon has led teams in manufacturing and engineering with companies such as Baker Hughes, Altra Motion, Sanmina, and Collins Aerospace. Marioxy has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from La Universidad del Zulia in Venezuela’. |

Jeff McFarland, Sr. Test Solutions ArchitectJeff leads the System Architecture group, reporting to Christian Miller, tasked with providing early stage engineering of client systems and instrumentation. Prior to rejoining the Hiller team in 2018, Jeff served in business development and system architecture roles at AMETEK/VTI Instruments and Astronics Test Systems. For the previous sixteen years, Jeff was part of Symtx (AAI, Textron Systems), where he served in both leadership and engineering roles in Systems Engineering, Project Engineering, and Software Engineering. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Arkansas: BSEE (Magna Cum Laude) and MSEE.
